1. Pricing & Order Structure

  • Chutes are sold strictly in engineered sets of 8 units for £999. We do not split sets or sell individual chutes from this batch.

  • All sales are subject to stock availability. This product line is manufactured using premium, high-density PE500 engineering polymer.

2. First-Come, First-Served & 48-Hour Reservation Policy

  • We operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Placing an order on the website does not permanently hold your items.

  • Once a Cash on Collection (COC) or Cash on Delivery (COD) order is placed, your set of 8 chutes will be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours.

  • If collection is not made, or cash payment is not cleared within 48 hours of the order confirmation, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. The set will immediately be released back into active stock and sold to the next available buyer.

3. 14-Day Change of Mind Returns

  • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of taking physical possession or collecting your chutes.

  • To qualify for a full refund, the entire set of 8 chutes must be returned completely unused, unmarked, and in original resaleable condition.

  • Because PE500 instantly shows superficial scratches, scuffs, or abrasions upon trial or deployment, any chutes that have been installed, trialled, or used on-site cannot be accepted for a return.

  • Returns must be processed as a full set of 8; we do not accept partial returns of individual chutes from a set.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • The buyer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for the secure return transit of the complete set. Alternatively, returns can be dropped off in person by prior appointment.

  • If a returned set arrives damaged or clearly used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct up to 100% of the value.

5. Faulty Items & Material Guarantees

  • PE500 is a high-impact, industrial-grade material designed not to crack, splinter, or break under heavy operational wear.

  • In the highly unlikely event that a chute has a structural manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 30 days of collection for a full replacement or refund.

  • This guarantee covers structural manufacturing flaws only and excludes standard cosmetic surface scratching or wear from usage.
